Case – The client negotiated acquiring a portfolio of 14 start-up biotech companies, in different phases of development. Our professionals were requested to conduct a comprehensive due diligence in order to assess the investment feasibility and valuation.

Actions – A Due diligence of each target company was conducted separately. We included in the due diligence process, respected and recognized external experts that provided precise advise about the technology, IP protection, market potential and the quality of the human resource “ Founders, executives and researchers.   The Financial due diligence was conducted by our experts, involving in-depth analysis of accounting information, comparison to market standards and interviews with the executives of the target companies. The Valuation took into consideration, phase of development, technological achievements, IP and commercial potential.

Outcome – Based on due diligence results, the client negotiated and finalized a purchase agreement of all portfolio companies.
