AHARON YAKIM

Aharon Yakim is the Founder and Managing Director of A. Yakim Ltd. Yakim brings decades of management consulting experience drawn from his roles as a senior commanding officer in the Israeli intelligence community and law enforcement agencies.

Yakim is the founder of advanced methodologies that combine intelligence research & analysis, negotiation tactics and target driven consulting, supported by a multi- disciplinary approach to a spectrum of financial, legal and management subjects, in addition to an extensive network of global contacts.

Yakim has advised senior management and stakeholders in shipping, banking, financial services and governmental entities and served as Legal Representative, Board member and Chairman of various companies, worldwide. He has experience operating in various jurisdictions, including many of world’s most unstable and volatile countries.

TOMER YAKIM

DIRECTOR

Tomer has over 20 years of experience focused on complex cross-border dispute resolution and risk management case management provided to multinational organizations in Europe, China, Central America and Australia.

Tomer has assisted public and private sector clients in a wide range of industries and has particularly extensive experience in financial services, agriculture, biotechnology and renewable energies.

He has significant experience working with entities, executives and shareholders in assessing strategic options based on results of thorough research and analysis and led implementation of selected action plans through hands-on approach.

Tomer holds BA Honors in Business Economics and M.Sc. in Internal Auditing and Management from Cass Business School, City University London.

HEZI LEDER (BRIGADIER GENERAL RET.)

SENIOR CONSULTANT

During his 28-year career at the Israel Police, Brigadier General (Ret.) Leder served as the Head of Intelligence at the Israel National Police HQ, responsible for providing intelligence support to the Police Commissioner and senior commanders; directed international intelligence and investigation operations; maintained contact with the local and international intelligence community; prepared the annual intelligence strategy and budget and monitored its implementation and headed the process of modernizing and computerizing the police intelligence IT infrastructure.

In his last position at the Israel Police, Leder served as the Police Attached to the USA and Canada, responsible for the relationship and cooperation with Federal, State and local law enforcement, intelligence and anti-terror agencies, coordinated joint international intelligence operations and represented the Israel Police in professional organizations and conferences.

Leder is a member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP). He is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). He also served as a member of two Ministerial Committees, formulating the concept of Public Security in Israel, and the Economic Consequences of Organized Crime in Israel.
